For affected scripts or templates, we will ask you to send the base URL (where you install our system), the purchase code, and a screenshot of the problem to our support service.
Note: Contractual payments are non-refundable once the project is completed and the customer does not like the product. But since we are selling service and cannot start service immediately, you can ask for refund within 24 hours of payment.
